Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)

We’re seeking a warm, friendly, and positive Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with people, and finds joy in creating an exceptional experience for both pets and their owners.
What You’ll Do
As the welcoming face and voice of our hospital, you’ll help set the tone for every client’s visit:
- Client Interaction: Greet every client with a smile, answer phones with a positive tone, and provide compassionate support throughout each visit.
- Communication & Payments: Review invoices with clients, go over bills clearly, process payments, and ensure accuracy with financial transactions.
- Scheduling & Data Entry: Manage a high volume of calls, schedule appointments, and accurately enter information into our veterinary software system.
- Organization & Cleanliness: Keep the lobby and exam rooms clean, organized, and smelling fresh, creating a welcoming environment.
- Animal Care Support: Provide gentle handling and compassion toward pets to make them feel safe and loved.
- Stock & Supplies: Help keep our shelves stocked and organized for easy access by both clients and staff.
- Team Contribution: Think outside the box to improve workflows, enhance client experiences, and support your teammates wherever needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Positive and upbeat personality with genuine warmth in every interaction.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage high phone volume with professionalism.
- Detail-oriented and organized when handling paperwork, data entry, and billing.
- Experience with veterinary software (or quick learner with similar systems).
- A team player who brings creativity, reliability, and compassion to the workplace.
- Comfort around animals and an ability to assist in making their visit less stressful.
